How should I use it?

- Clean your face and the contact area, and make sure it is slightly damp (not dripping wet). Dry skin can make the pulses feel sharp.
- Put the glasses on so the pads sit comfortably around your eyes.

- Relax. Each session switches off automatically after 10 minutes.
