Shipping policy

We want your Sevrae Eye Spa to reach you safely and on time.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment.

Delivery time (United States)

Most orders arrive within 8-15 days of being placed. Some may take up to 20 days depending on your location and the carrier. If your order has not arrived after 20 days, please contact us.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. At checkout you can also add Package Protection for $4.99 (see below).

Package Protection (optional, $4.99)

If you add Package Protection at checkout, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost if it is lost, arrives damaged, or is stolen after the carrier marks it as delivered. Just email support@sevrae.co. There is no claim form.

Without Package Protection, we will refund or replace your order if it does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, and if it arrives damaged as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties or taxes, if any, are shown at checkout where applicable.
